Delivery Information

At RollTop4x4, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Most of our Roll-Shield roller shutters are held in UK stock and dispatched on a fast courier service.

UK Mainland Delivery

All in-stock Roll Tops ordered before 1:00pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day on a next working day delivery service.

Due to the size and weight of roller shutters, delivery may occasionally take an additional working day depending on your location, courier routing, or pallet handling requirements. While we always aim for next working day delivery, this cannot be guaranteed in every area.

Orders placed after 1:00pm, at weekends, or on bank holidays will usually be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Areas

Our standard delivery service applies to the majority of mainland UK addresses.

Some areas may be subject to additional delivery charges or extended delivery times, including:

  • Scottish Highlands
  • Scottish Islands
  • Isle of Wight
  • Isle of Man
  • Channel Islands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Remote or offshore locations

Where an additional charge applies, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the cost and delivery options.

Large Item Delivery

Roller shutters are large, heavy items and may be delivered by specialist courier or pallet network depending on the product and delivery address.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery at the confirmed address. The delivery driver may require assistance or suitable access for unloading larger items.

Delivery Checking Procedure

After placing your order, you will receive a delivery checking procedure by email. Please read and follow this carefully.

It is important that all goods are checked on delivery before signing, where possible. Please inspect the packaging and product for any signs of damage.

If damage is visible, please either:

refuse the delivery, or

sign for the item as damaged and notify us immediately.

If you discover any damage after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the packaging and product. This allows us to raise the issue with the courier and help resolve the matter quickly.

Please do not fit or use any item that appears to be damaged, as this may affect the courier claim process.

Delayed Deliveries

Although we use reliable delivery services, delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, weather, traffic, or remote delivery locations.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will help track the delivery for you.
