Returns Policy

If, upon receiving your product(s), you are not completely satisfied, you must notify us in writing within 14 working days of receipt. You may then return the goods to us for a full refund or replacement.

Please note that this does not apply to bespoke or special-order items that have been modified to meet pre-agreed requirements.

All returned products must be in a saleable condition. You will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement for any goods returned scratched, marked, or damaged in any way.

If the returned product meets all of the stated requirements, you will be entitled to either a full replacement or a refund via the original payment method or, at our discretion, by bank transfer, PayPal, or cash. If the product does not qualify for a full refund, you may still be eligible for a partial refund, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the products whilst they are in your possession. If returning goods, you must ensure they are packaged securely and returned safely to RollTop4x4 without damage during transit. If goods are inadequately packaged, incorrectly addressed, or sent without the correct postage and become damaged as a result, RollTop4x4 reserves the right to make a claim against you.

For this reason, all returned items must be repackaged to a comparable standard to how they were originally delivered. We strongly recommend insuring the return shipment.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs charges or taxes.

Please note that we do not refund the original delivery charge or the cost of return postage.
